      What should I do If I lost my Keys?

      Please take the following steps if you lost your keys

      1. Contact a Locksmith:

        • Arrange for a locksmith to change the locks.
        • Notify your property manager about the change.
        • Ensure a management key is cut and held at the local branch.

      2. If Locked Out Due to a Faulty Lock:

        • Contact a locksmith if you cannot enter or exit the property outside of office hours.
        • Obtain a receipt from the locksmith detailing the cause of the issue and the repairs made.
        • Keep a copy of the receipt to send to the property management team for reimbursement discussions with your landlord.
