Test the Kitchen Cold Water Tap:
- The cold water tap in the kitchen is usually connected directly to the mains. Check if water is coming from this tap.
- If there is no supply from this tap, the main supply may have been stopped.

Contact the Emergency Water Authority:
- If the main supply is stopped, contact the emergency water authority for assistance.
