What should I do in case of Loss of Water Supply

Please follow the given instructions

  1. Check with Neighbors or Local Water Provider:

    • Confirm if the water authority has turned off the supply in your area by contacting a neighbor or your local water provider.
  2. Test the Kitchen Cold Water Tap:

    • The cold water tap in the kitchen is usually connected directly to the mains. Check if water is coming from this tap.
    • If there is no supply from this tap, the main supply may have been stopped.
  3. Contact the Emergency Water Authority:

    • If the main supply is stopped, contact the emergency water authority for assistance.
